Shea Ki is attracted to pursuits that help teens and young adults discover their unique value and not end up in soulless work environments. She is founder of Upgrade My Interview™, where she blogs, coaches, and inspires interview rookies and those who feel interview-challenged to get comfortable in the hot seat. As a recovering achievement-a-holic and former perfectionist, she also helps others get out of the rat race lifestyle.
