Chris Arnold

Chris Arnold is the founder of Camp Leaders, Smaller Earth, and World Merit, and the President of the Smaller Earth Group, which includes 8 operational companies with offices in 12 countries. Smaller Earth Group has the mission of positively impacting 20 million people by 2020, though he is much more ambitious for World Merit, his most recent organization. Chris’ day-to-day role is as CEO of World Merit, an international social enterprise and charity that provides opportunities to young global citizens, regardless of their origin or background. Born in Liverpool, England in 1972, Chris resides in the same city with his wife and two fantastically beautiful and incredibly boisterous sons.
